Find Understanding, Healing, and a Path Forward
Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain. You may be the person everyone turns to, the one who keeps pushing forward, while quietly feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. Maybe anxiety has started affecting your daily life. Maybe past experiences continue to impact your relationships, confidence, or sense of self. Maybe you are navigating a major transition, struggling with burnout, feeling disconnected, or trying to break patterns that no longer serve you.Therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. It is a space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing while building the tools, insight, and confidence needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work alongside you to develop practical strategies that support healing, growth, and emotional wellness. My Background & Experience
My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals and families through some of life's most difficult and complex challenges. I have worked in behavioral health, crisis intervention, domestic violence services, community programs, medical settings, and child and family welfare systems. Throughout my professional journey, I have supported individuals experiencing trauma, mental health challenges, substance use concerns, family conflict, domestic violence, homelessness, grief, and major life transitions. My experience has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the importance of evidence-based care, advocacy, and looking at the whole person—not just the challenges they are facing. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. People are more than the challenges they face, and therapy can be a powerful place to reconnect with your strengths and create lasting change. My Approach
I believe people want to feel understood before they can begin to heal. My approach is centered on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself. I don't see you as a diagnosis or a collection of challenges. I see you as a whole person with experiences, strengths, and a story that has shaped who you are today. Together, we will take the time to understand what you have been carrying, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and identify the tools that will help you move forward. My style is compassionate, honest, and practical. I will meet you where you are while also encouraging growth and helping you recognize the strengths that may have been overlooked along the way.Common Issues I Help With

What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are someone who has spent years taking care of others, pushing through challenges, or handling everything on your own. Our first sessions are an opportunity to get to know one another, understand your experiences, and identify the goals that matter most to you. My approach is proactive and practical—I believe therapy should provide more than insight; it should give you real tools and strategies you can use in everyday life. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, build healthier coping skills, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change that supports your goals.Take the First Step
You have spent a lot of time navigating life's challenges—now it may be time to make space for yourself. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey. Schedule with me today to begin.

Why Some people prefer to Private Pay?
Many individuals seek private pay therapy for increased confidentiality, flexibility, and personalized mental health care. Unlike therapy billed through insurance, private pay or self-pay therapy allows clients to access services like trauma therapy, marriage counseling, and help with high-conflict and life challenges without a formal diagnosis or limitations set by insurance.
Clients can often use their HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA to pay for therapy. This approach ensures privacy, removes barriers to care, and supports customized treatment aligned with individual goals.
To make therapy more accessible, New Path accepts Care Credit, a flexible payment option that allows you to manage the cost of sessions over time. Ask about CareCredit when scheduling your appointment to see if it’s a good fit for your needs.
