Your Story Matters. Your Strength Has Always Been There.

Sometimes life asks us to carry things we were never meant to carry alone.

You may have spent years being the person others depend on—the advocate, the caregiver, the problem solver, the one who keeps showing up even when things feel exhausting. Maybe you have learned to adapt, push through, or put your own needs aside while navigating family challenges, relationships, trauma, mental health struggles, or major life changes.

Therapy is a place where you no longer have to carry everything by yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood—not judged, labeled, or defined by the challenges you have faced. Together, we can explore your experiences, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and uncover the strengths that have helped you survive and continue moving forward.

A Career Built Around Helping People Navigate Life

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging experiences. My background includes inpatient care, crisis intervention, psychiatric care, medical social work, family conflict, complex family dynamics, and community-based services. I have worked with survivors of abuse, individuals impacted by childhood trauma and adverse experiences, substance use, mental health concerns, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. These experiences have taught me to look beyond what is happening today and understand the person behind the struggle—their history, relationships, strengths, and the experiences that have shaped them. As a TBRI® Certified Practitioner, I bring specialized knowledge of trauma, attachment, and relationship-based care to my work with individuals and families. I believe people are resilient, even after experiencing profound adversity. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected while helping you work through the past, strengthen your sense of self, and build a healthier path forward.A Space to Understand Yourself and Move Forward

My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, curiosity, and respect. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about your experiences and supported enough to explore new possibilities. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, learning new ways to cope, creating healthier relationships, and finding a path forward that feels aligned with who you are. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, build practical skills, and recognize the strengths that may have been overlooked along the way.

Insurance Accepted

In-network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna

Investment and Services offered:

Individual Therapy Sessions – $150 (Income based sliding scale available for out-of-network clients $100-150)

Why Some people prefer to Private Pay?

Many individuals seek private pay therapy for increased confidentiality, flexibility, and personalized mental health care. Unlike therapy billed through insurance, private pay or self-pay therapy allows clients to access services like trauma therapy, marriage counseling, and help with high-conflict and life challenges without a formal diagnosis or limitations set by insurance.

Clients can often use their HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA to pay for therapy. This approach ensures privacy, removes barriers to care, and supports customized treatment aligned with individual goals.

Ask About CareCredit

To make therapy more accessible, New Path accepts Care Credit, a flexible payment option that allows you to manage the cost of sessions over time. Ask about CareCredit when scheduling your appointment to see if it’s a good fit for your needs.
