New Path Counseling & Wellness provides quality mental health care in a private practice setting with passionate, skilled therapists.

• Recruiting for our Fate/Rockwall, TX (primary) office

• Accepts self-pay and traditional insurance clients

• Team-oriented practice with diverse specialties, collaboration, and consultation

• Supportive structure for professional development and career growth

• Hybrid work model: in-office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week

About You:

• Fully Licensed clinician with solid clinical experience - LPC-A & LMSW will be considered if within 3-6 months of licensure and advanced experience.

• Ethical, professional, and committed to providing inclusive care

• Dedicated to ongoing learning, skill-building, and career growth

• Team player who collaborates and knows when to consult or refer

• Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in building a caseload of 25–30 sessions/week

• After 5 pm or weekend availability a plus, but not required

• Detail-oriented and committed to providing quality care
